This is a fantastic shot of the Escalators at Penn Station. I love the colors Don. Did you put the colors in? Or are they really this color? Of course I love me some purple...Great capture, and congrats on your other sales! Of course I voted and favorited!

Don Struke replied:

Kym, thanks again! These colors are real and are just a tiny bit of what makes NYC such a fab town for photographers. .

Most Beautiful escalators I have ever seen. I guess a person better pick the color that enhances him/her the best, because she/he will look purple or green depending. Great shot, Don.

Don Struke replied:

Why, thank you, Sharon! Although I've used those escalators many times, I must confess I never thought to photograph them until my most recent NYC visit, in May. I bet Barney the purple dinosaur would look great on them. If you could get him to stand still long enough.

About Don Struke

Don Struke

Although I don't call myself a photographer, I have taken thousands of photos through the years and now and then I end up with one that is printworthy. Well, at least by my standards, which might be somewhat less than the norm. But you are the judge (continued below). PLEASE CLICK ON AD TO LEARN ABOUT THIS SITE I'm fortunate enough to have enjoyed a rather varied background in marketing, advertising, public relations, print and electronic media, TV production, and publication design in both corporate and non-profit organizations. As my list of photos on Fine Art America slowly grows, it should be apparent that my interests are all over the place, from the sight of beautiful flowers and landscapes to aviation and high performance...
