It doesn't sound at all right to say "The Purple Gate Bridge", but on the other hand the Golden Gate Bridge is actually orange, but "Orange Gate" doesn't work either.

Wow Don! This is absolutely magnificent. The colors, angles, architecture, everything are dynamic & dramatic. Love this!

Oh, Sharon, I appreciate your comments! What I like about this angle (I'm probably the 72,933rd photographer to shoot it) is it accentuates the Art Deco design incorporated in the bridge. That is rarely noticed, I think.
